Residential Monitoring Services: As always, we do not have long term contracts or fees for canceling. If you are not happy with our service for any reason, simply call or write us and request that your service be terminated. Why should it be any more difficult. We let our value and service speak for itself.
The most secure and reliable monitoring is accomplished via traditional phone line from the telephone company. In the Woodbridge area we are also having good results using Comcast phone service. However, we and the security/alarm industry do not recommend any IP telephone service for security monitoring because of the inherent reliability issues. In most cases we can also back up the phone line with GSM Digital Cellular service.
We bill for monitoring services on a calendar quarter basis:
- Residential Monitoring via phone line: $75.00 per quarter
- Residential Monitoring or back up by GSM Cellular: $75.00 per quarter*
Video Service:
We provide Honeywell's Total Connect Video Services to allow you to monitor activities in and around your residence, vacation home, business, or any other location. You can view up to six cameras at a time on your computer or smart phone and receive images of specific activity occurring in or or around your premises on your mobile devices. This allows you to keep track of kids, babysitters, house keepers, elderly relatives, contractors,etd. from work or wile in transit.
The Total Connect Video Service system requires a high speed internet service at the monitored location to transmit the video images to a secure website for your viewing. Cameras are available for interior and exterior use and utilize wireless transmission to communicate with the on-site base station for ease of installation. Wireless transmission capability also allows you, the user, to relocate the cameras as necessary within the range of the base station.
We bill for this service on a calendar quarterly basis:
- If you are a Security Monitored customer the rate is $54 per quarter
If you are a commercial or none monitored customer the rate is $75 per quarter
